About these terms

These terms apply when you use Magic Travel: the bot @magictravelbot_bot, the secure pages it opens and this website. Magic Travel is run by QIWI International Payment System LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, file number 4967495, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA (“we”, “us”). By using Magic Travel, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What Magic Travel does

You tell the agent where and when you want to fly. It finds flights, and when you pick one and confirm, it buys the ticket on the airline’s own website in the passenger’s name, using the card you provide.

• For now it buys one-way economy tickets, for one adult passenger per order, without checked bags, and only on airlines whose websites it can already buy on.
• Features marked “in development” or “planned” on this website are not available yet.
• Access may be limited to invited users.

The airline is the seller

We do not sell or resell tickets. Your booking and contract of carriage are with the airline, and the airline’s conditions apply: fare rules, changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, check-in and boarding. Questions about the flight itself are for the airline.

Prices and payment

• Before you pay, the agent shows the final total from the airline’s checkout and the difference from the search, if the price moved. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
• Your card is charged by the airline or its payment provider. We do not take payment from you.
• Your bank may ask for a one-time code to approve the payment.
• A second tap on Pay does nothing. If a payment result is unclear, the agent stops and a person checks it before anything else happens. A failed payment may still have been charged; a new attempt needs a new tap on Pay from you.

Your responsibilities

• Give correct passenger details: names must match the passport the passenger will travel with.
• Use only cards you own or are authorised to use.
• Check the flight, date, passenger and price before you confirm. Once the airline has issued a ticket, its own rules decide what can be changed or refunded.
• Make sure the passenger has the visas and documents the trip requires.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Magic Travel.

Acceptable use

Do not use Magic Travel for fraud, with stolen card or passport details, to break the law or an airline’s rules, or to disrupt the service. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who does.

AI and automation

The agent uses AI models and automated tools, which can make mistakes. That is why you see the flight, the passenger and the final price before anything is charged. Please read them before you confirm.

Availability

Magic Travel is new and is provided “as is”. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times or stop.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what airlines do, such as delays, cancellations, schedule changes or refunds, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to Magic Travel is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes, we will tell you in the bot. If you keep using Magic Travel after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except where the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be waived.
